Consent to Personal Data Processing

By submitting the contact form on the Mikoton website and ticking the corresponding checkbox, the user freely and voluntarily gives the Operator consent to process personal data under the terms below.

This consent applies to the following data provided by the user in the contact form:

• name;
• company or project, if provided;
• contact details: email, Telegram or another contact method;
• message text;
• other information voluntarily included in the message.

The user agrees not to submit special categories of personal data, biometric data, confidential third-party data or data that is not necessary for handling the inquiry.

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• receiving and handling the user’s inquiry;
• replying to the user using the provided contact method;
• clarifying the task, project or request;
• discussing Mikoton services;
• preparing a proposal, consultation or next step;
• maintaining communication history related to the inquiry.

The user consents to the following actions with personal data:

• collection;
• recording;
• systematization;
• accumulation;
• storage;
• clarification;
• use;
• transfer to services technically necessary to process the inquiry;
• anonymization;
• blocking;
• deletion;
• destruction.

Processing may be carried out with or without automation tools.

The Operator may transfer data only to the extent necessary to handle the inquiry:

• hosting and website infrastructure services;
• contact form or webhook services;
• email services;
• other parties where transfer is required by law.

The Operator does not sell personal data and does not transfer it to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

This consent is valid from the moment the form is submitted until the processing purposes are achieved or until the user withdraws the consent.

The indicative retention period for an inquiry is up to 3 years from the last communication unless a longer period is required for contract performance, protection of the Operator’s rights or compliance with law.

The user may withdraw consent at any time by sending an email to consulting@mikoton.ru.

The message should preferably include the contact detail used when submitting the form and the approximate date of the inquiry. This will help locate the relevant data.

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

This consent applies together with the Mikoton Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy.

Before submitting the form, the user must be able to open:
